Do not message me re: your order on social media. Use the Contact section @ the top of the page, or send an email. Inquiries sent via Twitter or Instagram will not be answered.

Please be as specific as possible in your email, and include your order number if applicable. Please check your Promotions folder or your Spam folder if you do not see a response in 24-48 hours.

• I didn't get an order confirmation- what gives?
Check your "Promotions" tab if you're using gmail, or your spam folder.

• When will my order ship?
This merch store is ran by 1 person. Usually orders go out within a week or two, but please allow extra time for orders to ship. We are not Amazon!

• Where is my order? 
Once it is in the hands of the shipping company (usually USPS), I don't know! I can only track it using the tracking number, and I do not have any magical additional insight on where the package is located. USPS is notorious for being slow, so please be patient!

• My order says delivered but it isn't here.
Again, once it is in the hands of the shipping company (usually USPS), it's out of my hands. Check with your neighbors / people you live with / your local mail carrier ( contact your LOCAL post office, and not the USPS hotline. Your local post office will be able to provide quicker, and better service. Ask who delivered the package, and ask for the details of that day's delivery. USPS is used to these questions, and will generally provide helpful information) to see if someone grabbed it and put it somewhere. Unfortunately, we are a small business and not at the same scale as certain huge e-commerce sites, so we cannot offer refunds or replacements if a package is mis-delivered or missing. :( I would recommend signing up for USPS's Informed Delivery program to see what mail and packages are coming & when. You also have the ability to edit some deliveries.

• I got an email saying my order shipped, but tracking hasn't updated.
Again, it may take a bit for me to get your order to USPS! The reason you got an email with tracking info is because I have printed your label and am working on packaging your order and sending it out. It will start tracking soon, I promise! Just be patient with me. :)

• I haven't received a confirmation email but the charge went through on my account.
Please check your spam folder, or your promotions tab if you're using Gmail.

• Can I change the address on my order?
If your shipping label has not yet been created, I can indeed change your address, as long as it is within the same country as the original address. Once a shipping label has been made and a tracking code has been provided, I am no longer able to change the address on the order. 

I cannot change shipping addresses to a different country. 

• Can I cancel my order?
For order cancellation requests, please use the "Contact Us" section at the top of the page! Please note, there is a $3 fee for order cancellations.

• Will I get a tracking code?
Yes, all orders will come with a tracking code, unless you are ordering regular stickers. Those will just be shipped using a stamp. There is an option to update to tracked shipping on the product page. Your tracking code will come in a separate e-mail once your order ships. For some reason, international orders don't receive a tracking code in that e-mail, but I can provide one if you e-mail me!

• I ordered stickers/polaroids and they still have not arrived. Can you give me an update?
If you ordered regular stickers/polaroids, and did not upgrade your shipping, they are sent out using USPS first class mail in a stamped envelope. These are not trackable. They may take up to 10 weeks to arrive, sometimes even longer depending on where you live. I have no additional insight as to where your letter may be, so just be patient! 

In the event it gets returned to me, you will be notified and refunded for the cost of goods. Please note, I am unable to refund shipping costs.

Unfortunately, if you ordered an option without tracking, if it is not returned to sender, I cannot refund or replace your order. 

• Do you ship internationally, and how long will it take to arrive?
Yes! We ship anywhere that USPS will go, even outside of the country. International orders DO take longer to arrive- USPS estimates it can take up to 10 weeks after your order ships to arrive overseas. With coronavirus still happening, it may take longer than normal. Please note, customs fees are NOT included in the price. Your local post office may ask you to pay customs/import fees before delivery. Please keep an eye out on the tracking, or for a note from your local post office for more information. We are not responsible for shipping fees if an invalid address is provided, if an order is not picked up, or an order is refused by seller and returned to us.

• Will _______ (insert out of stock / limited stock item here) ever be restocked?
I don't really know!! We like to move around our stock and change up our designs so that way we don't get bored of the same old stuff. Keep checking back!
